This is the cake that started it all!! Carrington's 1st Birthday cake. I thought it was pretty good considering I had never done a tiered cake before, or even really knew what fondant was! It took me two days to finish this cake, but it was totally worth it!

(3 tiers - bottom layer :2 layer 10' X 2', 2nd tier: 2 layer 8' X 2', top tier: 2 layer 6' x 2'...yellow cake iced with buttercream, covered in fondant - and yes it was store bought - now I make my own marshmallow fondant)
