Farewell to "Punchy"

My Daddy asked that I do a cake for a co-worker being transferred to another state- "Punchy" is his nickname. He had already lived and worked in NC and TN, and is being transferred to SC, so that is the basis for the team logos being crossed out. (as much as I hated doing that to the Vols!!) The top layer displays the AT&T logo, and not until I reviewed the pictures did I notice that the T had some damage to it...Sorry Daddy. This was the first time I attempted a buttercream transfer, I think my logos didn't turn out that great, and I actually ended up freehanding the UNC, the Gamecock was tough! The guys loved the cake so that's all that matters! Good luck "Punchy"!!!
