Partying with Minnie Mouse for Carrington's 4th Birthday!!

This is my favorite cake I have done so far. I admit I found the picture and did my best to copy the general idea, making my own adjustments. I used 10" round for the head, and 6" round for the ears. The entire cake is iced in buttercream, and the details of the face are done in fondant (the first time I made MMF myself). The picture I found had used red, but our matching plates were pink, and pink and black is my favorite combo! She LOVED her Minnie Mouse cake and I was pleased with the outcome too!
