I made this cake for one of my best friend's daughter Caroline for her 5th birthday. I was inspired by a photo of a cake done by someone else and I thought it would be really cute for a girly birthday. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The polka dots are made from marshmallow fondant and the bow, icecream cones, and letters are gumpaste. I hate we missed her party but her Mommy said the cake was a hit :)
